As Digicall Assist continues to grow its national Service Provider (SP) Network, we’re strengthening our commitment to providers by expanding our Regional Manager team. The investment reflects our belief that the best customer outcomes happen when our provider partners are supported with responsive people, practical experience and regular engagement. 

A Dedicated Regional Approach 

To better support our growing network, Joel James has joined Digicall Assist as Regional Manager, working across QLD, VIC, SA and NT, alongside Mark Cividin to provide dedicated support across the country. 

Together, they’ll spend more time on the road, visiting businesses, understanding local challenges and ensuring providers have direct access to the support they need. 

Leading the team nationally is Luke Laurence, who continues in his role as Provider Network Manager, driving Digicall Assist’s national provider strategy and fostering long-term partnerships across the network. 

Experience That Matters 

Joel’s background spans positions as a trade qualified heavy diesel mechanic and structural steel fabricator. He also has qualifications in project management, heavy vehicle inspections accreditations through the Department of Transport and Main Roads Queensland, plus 4 years towing and roadside knowledge with Aplus Towing (Canberra) in operational and management roles. Also 5 years running Nationwide’s towing operation out of Brisbane – providing first-hand insight into the realities faced by Service Providers every day. 

Supporting Providers to Deliver Better Customer Outcomes 

For both Joel and Mark, success starts with building strong provider relationships. 

Joel believes the Service Provider network is fundamental to delivering on Digicall Assist’s customer promise with fast and efficient service provided when needed most. “No one enjoys breaking down and providing a well-equipped and fast service is of most importance,” mentions Joel. 

Building Relationships Beyond the Screen 

While Digicall Assist continues to invest heavily in technology and process automation, the company recognises that meaningful partnerships require more than digital communication. 

The expanded Regional Manager team will spend more time meeting providers in person, listening to feedback, understanding operational challenges and identifying opportunities to improve collaboration. 

This combination of industry knowledge, technology and local engagement helps create a more connected provider network and ultimately delivers faster, more efficient roadside assistance for customers.
