Service Provider Awards winners – 2026

On Wednesday evening last week, members of the Digicall Assist provider network came together for an outstanding night of collaboration, recognition, industry insights, and celebration at the annual Provider Awards.

The evening brought together some of the highest performing providers across the network and showcased the strength, innovation, and commitment that continue to drive our industry forward.

Throughout the night, attendees received a range of important business and operational updates, presentations focused on correct app usage and communication best practices, and an insightful workforce planning session. The event also featured an engaging Q&A session where providers shared initiatives and experiences from around the country.

We were also pleased to welcome presentations from R&J Batteries and Ateco, with attendees having the opportunity to view several exciting vehicles on display, including:

One of the highlights of the evening was hearing from guest speaker Kath Koschel from The Kindness Factory Group. Kath shared an inspiring story of resilience, positivity, and leadership that resonated strongly with everyone in attendance.

The evening concluded with a business update from CEO Michael Curtin, outlining key achievements, future opportunities, and the continued growth of the Digicall Assist network.
