An unusual roadside assistance call

Recently, one of our customers contacted us regarding an unusual situation. Their two‑year‑old child had placed a ping pong ball into the exhaust of a BMW X5. While the customer could see the object, they were unable to reach it and were concerned about the implications of driving with it in place.

One of our roadside assistance operators attended the scene and resolved the issue promptly and safely.
