Michael Curtin, MBA, AIM
Michael has been with the business since 2004 and has played a major role in the ongoing success of our automotive team. Previously holding the role of Businesses Development Director with International SOS, as CEO he now has overall responsibility for Digicall Assist throughout the Australasia region.
Michael has extensive experience in the automotive industry, working in both wholesale and retail. Before joining International SOS, Michael worked for leading brands including Robert Bosch and Siemens VDO. He also held the role of Southern Region Manager for Melbourne’s Holden Special Vehicles.
With a strong customer focus, Michael ensures that Digicall Assist services always deliver an optimal client experience.
Duncan Hardie – BA, MBA
Duncan joined Digicall Assist in 2021, after spending over 11 years working for International SOS, focussing on B2B loyalty and benefit solutions. He spent the last five years as the Regional General Manager for the Middle East / Africa, India and Turkey, with responsibility for business growth and ensuring operational delivery across the various regions.
No stranger to the roadside assistance business, Duncan worked with our team for a number of years prior to its acquisition by Digicall Group in 2014. In his new role as COO, Duncan focuses on developing both client relationships and the Provider network.
Duncan has extensive experience across the corporate and private sectors, including banking, finance, assistance and loyalty. He worked for leading brands including International SOS, Aspire Lifestyles, Mastercard and Commonwealth Bank, where he was able to leverage his customer relationship and marketing expertise to build longstanding strategic business alliances and partnerships.

Returning to our business in 2017, Geoff has over 13 years’ experience working with and assisting major global companies with their risk management, employee safety and customer satisfaction.
Geoff is a versatile and highly experienced Operations and Sales Professional, with expertise in driving business functions, leading and developing high performing teams, creating innovative operational strategies and enabling cost savings through productivity improvements and strategic focus.
Working across multiple industries and industry verticals including Automotive, Finance, Government, Fleet, Not For Profit, Retail and Insurance, Geoff is responsible for driving the business and leads our Sales and Client Relationship team.
Provider Network Manager
Luke adds strength to our existing network team with his extensive experience in the roadside assistance industry, including his most recent role as National Manager for Automotive Networks at AWP. Luke brings with him vast experience in operations, logistics, sales, strategic sourcing, dispute resolution, claims and people management. Luke is highly capable in managing teams to achieve more efficient, innovative processes to achieve the ultimate in customer satisfaction and exceptional results.
In this role, Luke’s key focus is to manage our national provider network closely to ensure we have the right providers attending all breakdown events – wherever they occur across Australia and New Zealand. He also works to ensure we are a good partner to your business.
