Digicall Assist Executes A Seamless Office Relocation

Digicall Assist’s recent growth and success has meant a necessary relocation to new office premises.

 As an organisation that bears the responsibility of providing 24/7 customer and roadside assistance for leading local and global automotive, insurance and fleet management brands, relocating is a complex and highly organised operation.

As of this month, Digicall Assist are operating from our new location at Rhodes.

Prior to moving Digicall Assist ensured that IT and telephony was operational and tested at both the previous office location and the new location to ensure all areas were operating correctly.

There has been an incredibly detailed amount of planning that has gone into the move to ensure that staff and clients would not be impacted.

During the moving process Digicall Assist are proud to report that we did not lose a single phone call and continued to provide the high level of service to our customer base that we always do.

Moving a live contact centre with no service interruption is a significant achievement.
