Announcing the Finalists and Winners of the 2020 Provider Excellence Awards

Digicall Assist’s recent Provider Excellence Awards Virtual Event revealed the finalists and winners of the 2020 Awards. It was a fantastic opportunity to recognise our most outstanding roadside assistance providers across Australia.

Congratulations to all the finalists and winners of the 2020 Provider Excellence Awards!

We are incredibly delighted to work with so many exceptional businesses and individuals, who are among the best in the roadside assistance industry.

Every day, as mechanics and tow truck operators, the Provider community assists customers at the roadside, often under challenging conditions. The Provider Excellence Awards highlighted some of their incredible work and how they deliver an amazing customer experience to broken-down motorists, particularly in a year that challenged all of us.

It was often very tight competition, with not much separating many of the top performers. Some awards were national, others state-based, and two awards honoured the commitment and expertise of two extraordinary individuals. All the awards were based on providing a consistent, safe and brilliant customer experience.

The individual winner of the ‘Above & Beyond’ Award was Aaron Penna, from Barrons Tyre & Mechanical.
The winner of the ‘Best Mystery Shop Results’ Award was Prestige Automotive, from Victoria.

It’s all about CEX
The Awards Virtual Event also included a keynote presentation from global best-selling author Jason Bradshaw, discussing ‘It’s all about CEX – The Essential Guide to Customer & Employee Experience’. This session included a range of valuable insights into how to drive customer loyalty and referrals by improving the customer and employee experience.

The Awards program is an Australian-first, and much appreciated by the Provider community.
