Digicall Assist grows Service Provider Team to support key partners and customers

The Digicall Assist team has built depth and strength in numbers to support our growing Provider network.

Matt Crossley has recently joined the Digicall Assist team to bolster the size and capacity of the Service Provider (SP) Team. As Regional Manager, he’ll be on the road providing in person and online support to SPs across QLD, VIC, NT and SA.

Mark Cividin will apply his considerable experience in the same role for NSW, ACT, TAS and WA based roadside and towing businesses.

Matt’s appointment and the changing clarity of Mark’s role will add depth to our customer experience by allowing the larger team to check in with Service Providers across the country more frequently.

The Regional Managers roles cover our key partnerships with Service Providers who solve customer problems with mobility at the roadside through process automation and technology solutions.

Luke Laurence continues at Digicall Asisst in his national role, leading the SP Team as Provider Network Manager.

Matt’s experience includes 4 years with Club Assist managing Road Service Operations across NSW and ACT and acting as the Business Operations Manager for Home Instead (in-home care to the ageing). Matt notes that he’s “obsessed with people and the customer experience. By listening to their needs, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. I prioritize clear communication and strive to exceed customer expectations in every interaction.”

With the country now split between Matt and Mark, all new SP contract enquiries can be forward to these Gentlemen, in line with their territories. They’ll be out on the road to find time to meet with SPs in their business as well.

As vital partners in the delivery of positive outcomes for customers at the roadside, the valued Digicall Assist Service Providers network will now be supported with more personnel to be in touch and act on feedback more regularly.
