Digicall Assist Partners With Ethical Insurer, Huddle

Innovative and ethical Insurance provider Huddle, recently appointed Digicall Assist as their roadside assistance provider as they grow their car insurance customer base in Australia.

Huddle is underwritten by Digicall Assist client, Hollard.

Digicall Assist will be providing roadside assistance nationally to Huddle customers as of the 1st of June 2018 through their extensive national provider network.

Huddle Insurance uses artificial intelligence and chatbots to offer instant claims processing for its customers online. Huddle Insurance was the first such company to do so in Australia.

The company have also created a platform that enables customers to use their insurance to help fight climate change, support community projects and non-profits. In April 2017 Huddle Insurance became a certified B Corporation, verifying that the company is meeting obligations that benefit all stakeholders not just shareholders.

The company offers car, home and travel insurance and has headquarters in Sydney, Australia with a supporting team based in Auckland, New Zealand.
